Meet your Speech Pathologist
Karen is a bilingual speech-language pathologist with extensive experience providing evaluation and intervention services for children across a variety of settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Pathology from CUNY Lehman College and a Master of Science in Health Professions from Long Island University.
Karen has worked with students presenting with a range of needs, including articulation and language delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and complex developmental profiles. She also has experience supporting students who use AAC.
Her clinical expertise includes conducting comprehensive evaluations for both bilingual and monolingual students, with a strong focus on accurate assessment, functional communication, and individualized treatment planning.
